Former president of Yugoslavia Jospi Broz Tito keeps a close eye on this electrician climbing his ladder to change a light bulb.Tito's photograph, with the Parliament building behind it, was part of an outdoor exhibit of excellent photos by Belgian photographer Jim Sumkay in Kalemegdan a few weeks ago.
