ABC WEDNESDAY "A" is for "Across the way"

Playing Peeping Tom.  Neighbors across the way are putting in new windows, and these are the workers on a break.

My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a  FILM NOIR.
