SKYWATCH--cloud on a string

Almost like a giant balloon is this cloud 'connected' to a jet's trail.

FILM NOIR

My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a  FILM NOIR.
