Weekend Reflection--the birthday balloon

A plastic tubing of lights reflects on a tent top decorated with red balloons at a birthday party I recently attended.

My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a  FILM NOIR.
