SKYWATCH--looking west

The light really was this odd, sepia tone, probably due to the atmospheric conditions and intense heat when I took the photo.

FILM NOIR

My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a  FILM NOIR.
