MONDAY MURALS--Wall art at its not-so-best


I came across this mural while taking a short cut through a very tiny park. There's a date that says 2019, but the mural hasn't aged well.

FILM NOIR

My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a  FILM NOIR.
