The Avala Tower

The Avala Tower is a 204.5 m tall telecommunication tower located on Avala  mountain  near Belgrade. It was destroyed in during the NATO bombing of 1999.  On December 21, 2006, the reconstruction of Avala Tower began and the tower was officially opened at a ceremony on April 21, 2010. It is currently the tallest tower in Serbia and the Balkan region.

Me again. I don't know an Aquarelle. What I used was a Photoshop 'action," but I'm not even sure of the name of it. It was a water color action of some kind. Sorry!
