Impressions of Belgrade and Serbia and maybe photos from an in-country trip by a long-term ex-pat.

A heavy load
This brickloader begged me to take his photo, so..... I see so many people here doing hard labor without much protection. Some just wear flip-flops while hauling bricks or moving large slabs of granite with crowbars. Watch your tootsies.
I love the rich colors. Must be so unusual to be asked to photograph people - so different from US & I would think even Serbia. Word Verification: stali :)
laws and wheelbarrows! How many trips did the laborer take, I wonder? I was used to seeing relatively unprotected laborers in Serbia - no hardhats, sneakers, - but this is a step further away.

Oh, wouldn't OSHA have a field day here!

Wow!
"Huffing and puffing"
I can't imagine that many bricks on my head! Chiropractor's dream!
We don't know how lucky we are to have employment laws. Great photo!
Oh BIbi,
Your photographs are such a photojourney for us. Thank you for taking us along.
