ABC WEDNESDAY "N" is for "New" guitar

Has this lady bought a new guitar for herself or is it a present? I do not play any musical instrument...how about you?

Check out other N's on ABC WEDNESDAY.

P.S. Today is the 66th anniversary of the liberation of Belgrade....see yesterday's post! Should have waited a day! :) Just read it in the paper....

I can play the harmonica, always wanted to learn guitar. Have one sitting in the garage. It's good to be back. You still have a unique eye for for adopted city.

What a shot! I've never actually seen something similar! I used to play guitar too...but now it sits unloved under my bed :(

I believe Olga has bought a new guitar for her grandchild!
I play violin, my wife sings, our 1st daughter plays piano and French horn, our 2nd daughter started violin lessons and our 3rd daughter wants to begin violin lessons, too!

As a youngster I took Violin lessons, but was not very good, and not very motivated, so didn't pursue it.

I love to hear a Violin, and Isaac Perlman takes my breath away.

Very nice candid photo.
I can hunt and peck on the piano and way, way back in the "Dark Ages" I played the alto clarinet in my High School Band. (Not very well at that)

I think that it is for her. I love almost all music and play flute and piano -- played violin as a child.

Nope .. no musical talent at all .. I did, as a kid, want to learn to play piano but my mother (who had been forced to do so in her childhood and hated it) refused to let me take lessons she was sure I wouldnt go more than once or twice and she didnt want my granddad to buy a piano (again) that wouldnt get used! I suspect she was right ...

Whomever it's for, she looks pretty pleased with it. Nice capture, Bibi. I can't carry a tune from one side of the street to the other, but my brother Chris has perfect pitch and plays drums, piano, flute, clarinet, trombone, trumpet, flügelhorn, and I forget what else!

THE ROOF CAVED IN....

Well, not the entire roof. Just the back side, which is not visible here. Every year I make a gingerbread house. Notice I said 'made,...
