Weekend Reflection--a dentist's dream

I wonder if dentists smile (a healthy, white smile) when they see displays like this. Not only for all the sugar that harms your teeth in such excess, but the nuts that stick between them, and the caramel that often yanks out fillings.

But these apples are good. This shop will happily cut one up into pieces for you, so you can share the guilt, if not your dentist bill.

See other reflections at James' WEEKEND REFLECTION.

I love taffy apples. But they would pull out my teeth.

I currently have two temporary crowns in my mouth, one of which I had to replace the after it was installed. I need to stay miles away from these delicious treats. Gadzooks, they look good!

There's a dentist here somewhere who has offered to buy all the kids Halloween candy so they don't eat it and ruin their teeth! I wonder if he'll get any takers?

I do not know about the dentist, but I would not dare go near one of these delightful goodies with my teeth at 72. I would end up with nuts for the missing ones and that would be pretty funny for Halloween. Nice yummy shot. genie

it certainly attracted my eyes. The only candy apples I have had is red ready sugar.

BTW, I got a dentist reminder today, saying, you can run, but can't hide. oh, my dentist bill.

Don't they say: An apple a day keeps dentist away?:)

Dr. Turbodrill thanks you for helping grow his dental practice...

He was seen at Home Depot last weekend stocking up on masonry bits. Now we know why...

Oh my, my dentist would surely frown when he sees me with one of these, haha. But one wouldn't hurt, right? That is such a guilty pleasure, LOL.
