No more star

Spire on the city parliament of Belgrade. On top once stood a star, representing the communist government.  It was removed during protests of the last decade.

Too bad that the symbol of a star became so associated with the communist government that it had to be removed...but totally understandable...

There are two spires, one for the City Hall, the other one for the Government of Serbia. There are the two wings of the former Royal Palace. I don't know the situation now, but one has the eagle and the one does not. Am I correct?
