THEME DAY--Craftsmen



There are a couple of places I always visit when in Seattle, and one of them is Beecher's Handmade Cheese store at the Pike Place Market. Half the fun is watching the craftsmen make the various cheeses. In the bottom photo you can see my little pot of their macaroni and cheese with peppers. Yum...

A very interesting take on the theme and right up my alley 'cause I love cheese. Plus, I've often, because of one thing or another, been called "cheesy." I wonder what that means?
