I've been reading license plates since childhood. Vanities can be fun, but cost more than I'm willing to pay. Do they have them in Serbia?

I get a kick out of vanity plates too—though some are a bit harder to decipher than this one.
Why don't I ever get by here any more? A combination of overwork and indiscipline, I suppose.
