And we still walk on...

Under the supervision of their caretaker, the tall woman in the middle, these elderly citizens make their way around Green Lake.  I'm not sure they made it all the way around the 3 miles or so, but hats off to them for trying.

It is hard to get old. It seems every day I get a bit more frail. I can't hit the golf ball nearly as far as I used to. And at times I have to use a golf club as a cane.

But, so looking as we're looking down at the grass and not up at it, I figure we've got it made.

It is great these folks have someone to help them get out in the fresh air and exercise.

You go, girls! Walking is what keeps me sane and healthy and I plan to keep it up—even with a cane or a walker (if absolutely necessary at some point).
