Sunday Bridges---the bridge to be

That concrete structure that seems to be floating in the water will be part of a new bridge to alleviate the load on Seattle's current floating bridge, the  SR 520.

It has been quite some time since «Louis» has visited Seattle, but he vividly remembers the floating bridge.

Glad it's for a new bridge. Looks like the piece that floated away from the I90 bridge years ago.
