I've seen recycled tiles here and there about town filling in spaces where the sidewalk's surface has been damaged. Clever idea!

I'd be inclined to have a cat umbrella.
This little one probably loves her cute doggie umbrella so much that she carries it all the time (or wants to). I would—though I'd probably go for the kitten version. :~}
