Actually, that makes a lot of sense in that it would be relatively easy to change if you got tired of it or wanted to present a different kind of message.
It's as though we're looking in, instead of blocked out.
Such a great find and such a good way to block a window. I wonder though what is seen from inside.
I like the artist's use of light to place emphasis on the objects.
