Just fiddling around with an otherwise ordinary bird photo. Forget which Photoshop filter I was fiddling with, but I kind of like the effect.

It's fun to fiddle in Photoshop. One never knows what one might come up with! I like this, too. Looks like you used the cloud filter, plus. :)
