What Bill said. I'd like to see some "Park Your Phone" signs—here in NYC, it's hard to get down the street without bumping into all the people who are trying to walk and text at the same time.
Great slice-of-life shot. Maybe she's waiting for someone to park their dog so she can pet it, or run off with it! One never knows about these things!
