Both the Danube and Sava rivers have risen, due to the heavy rains in Serbia that occurred while I was in Warsaw last week... Nice forsythia, though....

FILM NOIR
My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a FILM NOIR.

Big water. Hard to say, but it could be as wide or wider than the Mississippi beneath my office window.
