Look at what I am not sure....I couldn't see anything worthwhile....maybe just like the old joke: "See? Made you look!"

FILM NOIR
My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a FILM NOIR.

Nice one and for sure it grabs your attention.
This mural was pained by someone with an odd sense of humor. But it is attention getting.
Maybe it's directing you to "look at the sky"?
Someone must have had peculiar intentions!
