Indeed great street photography and the unintended sloping horizon gives it some speed.Very nice.
Hard to not make up a story about this situation. She does not look pleased, in spite of all, the well groomed cheerful dog, her own beauty.Is someone late? For me, that's what makes it a great photo. A slice of life. And we could all see a different story.
