For years (literally) I have passed by this window on an abandoned building near me. I imagine the building, located in a prime real estate area, must be under some sort of litigation preventing it from being sold and possibly razed.
In the meantime, the window made a lovely abstract.

A fine abstract shot - great shapes and contrast!
I am reminded of a building here. In that case the owner refuses to fix and makes excuses, and the city can't bring itself to play hardball as they should.
