That line from THE WIZARD OF OZ is what I heard this witch cackle (at least in my mind...) when I passed her on a spook walk at a local farm. I just loooove Halloween.

Finally my dog and I were able to take a longer walk after all the snow we'd had. Up until yesterday, the sidewalks were still dangerous...
