A couple and another texter wait patiently for a bus. New Year's holiday schedules have been altered a bit. I walked home.

The same here.
The printed schedule at stops here is meaningless. There's a phone number you can call, input the stop number, and the automated system gives you the next times for a given route. That's actually accurate.
