A huge mural of Serbia's QUEEN NATALIE, wife of Milan I Obrenovic of Serbia, who ruled from 1882 to 1889. Queen Natalie was a celebrated beauty in her youth and was later regarded as one of those most beautiful queens in Europe.

I wasn't aware of the Serbia monarchy, but of course most European countries had a monarchy at some time or other.
