I don't know if there is a city ranking for the number of tattooed people, but if there is, Seattle would be right up there. I've seen some amazing tattoos.

Yes indeed, they aren't really for me, but I am totally amazed at many that I've seen, and all of my children and their spouses have tattoos and the most special thing about them are the stories and reasons behind them.
