"Louis" likes the accidental arrangement of the bikes in front of where dad is taking his chill pill in a different manner than mom.
It's ironic that the insurance ad is at the place of the drowning....
Drowning is sad and especially when it could be prevented but that is almost like crossing the street. You can get killed doing that. The photo is nice. I wonder who the guy is asleep.

I love the stories that one could draw from this photo. Very sad about the drowning.
I read the text after I looked at the image and suddenly saw the scene in whole new light. The bowed head of the child for instance appears quite sad, but only in relation to the drowning. Something very French about this image. It would also make a slpendid painting. Marvellous image.
this is the most profound scene I've seen in last few months with clever layered meaning. Many thanx.
