Dan, I honestly don't know. It's like the pig on the facade I posted a while ago. Both appear to be recent additions to the buildings they're on.
Had to enlarge the picture just to make sure he isn't real - looks like Lucy the Dog except he's not carrying a woobie around in his mouth.
BTW, my turkaholic friend, - I'm at the turkey soup phase here at the Muse Palace- got a huge pot simmering on the stove. We'll have it with homeade dumplings for dinner - mmmmmmm. Dinner's at 6:30 - come on by.
