Another great serendipity shot. I think "daydreaming" best describes the facial expressions...they don't look angry or sad, necessarily, just pensive, like they're considering all the things they have to do when they get wherever they are going!
With regard to your question on Ocala DP - that's one of the many "cut outs" available in the last few versions of Photoshop. Very easy to do. I think these things lose their effectiveness if used a lot so I do it sparingly.
They certainly don't look as if they're having a ball. The older woman looks positively grim!

Great capture! I love the drive bys. Sure looks like the bus is the only one having fun for sure.
The city is really trying to bring joy to everyone. There are a lot of cheerfulness on your urban pictures these last weeks even if it is not on people's face.
I don't remember having been joyful myself on the way to work or back...in the public transportation system.
