Not easy....

It's not easy being old, and I am always surprised at the number of older citizens here who get around as well as they do. More power to them.

You're absolutely right and I can testify to how difficult it is - and getting harder!

Very fine slice-of-life shot!

It is amazing and so glad that you captured this bent, but determined woman.

There but for fortune (and yoga, maybe) . . . hope I have this kind of determination in years to come! Wonderful (and touching) portrait, Bibi.

Some elderly sure are smart to carry along those nifty pull carts. I love those things and have used them myself to cart my art from the car to the indoors. I haven't worked up the nerve to actually take it the 10 blocks to the grocery store yet though. I think with age it gets easier to not give a damn what onlookers think! And I'm looking forward to that! Here's to aging well!!
