This little hand belongs to my good friend's grandson. I had a blanket just like this when I was little and can remember rubbing the satin while I went to sleep.Did you have a favorite something to sleep with?

Sweet photo! I was pretty attached to my own left thumb—but also had a blanket just like this, with a satin binding.
I had a blankie too..which almost was in pieces as I did not part with it till my teenage years.My daughter now has a litlle finger doll:)
I Have to have good cotton sheets and a feather pillow.
Hi "Bibi"... sorry for the long absence. I'm catching up and this one I really love. Ian had a green blanket that he wore out the satin trim on, just rubbing and rubbing.
