I used the Gimpressionist oilify tool on my GIMP photo retouching program to create this sort-of Impressionist bridge. I see now I could have upped the percentage of brushstrokes, but this was a first try!

Isn't it great when you meet places like this;)I can not wait taht you return to Belgrade to see some pictures of the city I was born in and lived till I was eight years old.So despite all the terrible things that happened ther (after me) I have nothing but sweet memories:)
Lovely reflection in your daily photo.. but I was struck by the Space Needle... you must be a Washingtonian at heart!
Interesting affect on a pretty setting. Although I have GIMP I really don't use it much. Hmmm...
What a lovely park. Are those ducks in the background?
lovely view
Arija, those are Canadian geese in the background.
Wow! I don't usually like the photo painting processing but I really like this one!!! It looks like a watercolor... but with the clarity of a photo especially in the water...
Good job, Mme. Monet !!!
;-D
«Louis» thanks you for your contribution to Sunday Bridges.
