'twas twilight when I snapped this. I imagine the little white man is to remind ships like the Katie Ann to watch out for smaller watercraft.

RECYCLED BEAUTY
I've seen recycled tiles here and there about town filling in spaces where the sidewalk's surface has been damaged. Clever idea!
