SKYWATCH -- All ready for the New Year

Looks like the folks who set up the table and benches on the roof are all ready for the New Year, at least the warmer part of it.  Or perhaps they're members of the Polar Bear Club.

Daily Haiku
Frosty winter days
Make us yearn for warmer ones
Enjoy the cold and wait

The plumes of smoke overlaying the mist create an eerie atmosphere round those empty chairs. Interesting photo.

I think I'd wait 'til summer to sit out on that roof...either that, or cuddle up to one of the chimneys and drink some kind of warmed grog! :)

It looks like a frosty picnic awaits somebody. Here in Oklahoma the wind would have whipped the table and chairs right off the roof long before now.

THE ROOF CAVED IN....

 Well, not the entire roof. Just the back side, which is not visible here. Every year I make a gingerbread house. Notice I said 'made,...
