SKYWATCH -- All ready for the New Year

Looks like the folks who set up the table and benches on the roof are all ready for the New Year, at least the warmer part of it.  Or perhaps they're members of the Polar Bear Club.

Daily Haiku
Frosty winter days
Make us yearn for warmer ones
Enjoy the cold and wait

See other skies on SKYWATCH.

The plumes of smoke overlaying the mist create an eerie atmosphere round those empty chairs. Interesting photo.

Great spot for a party and view of the fireworks! Happy New Years to you and yours!

I think I'd wait 'til summer to sit out on that roof...either that, or cuddle up to one of the chimneys and drink some kind of warmed grog! :)

Hope you had a great Xmas!

Wait, we have to. But this too is beautiful.

It looks like a frosty picnic awaits somebody. Here in Oklahoma the wind would have whipped the table and chairs right off the roof long before now.

Nice catch, slice of Belgrade life. I'll probably shoot the wackos who water ski in the Mississippi on New Year's Day.

They pay for that terrace and, by golly, they're going to use it (in any and all weather)!

But what's in the foreground looks warmer, as in more inviting, than what
s behind. Communist era buildings?
