I'm back in Belgrade. My apartment renovations are not finished, and won't be for about 10 more days. I'm 'camping' at some friends' places here and there, and relying for just now on some old cell phone (not great quality....) photos.
I like this one taken last winter. The building needs some serious facade work....

I'm reminded of the old stone of a barn foundation.
I think that with the rehovations you are going through you are going to see the buildings and houses around you differently.
Welcome home, belatedly. Hope you're moved back in. Suppose it will take time to adjust again.
