Nothing unusual about seeing an 'Open' sign, but I've often wondered why they don't put up a neon sign in Serbian. Anyway, everybody knows what 'open' means.

Nice night shot, Pat. What really ticks me off is when there is an "open" sign and the darn place is closed!
