Bibi, I'm visiting from Skywatch Friday. I think this is my first time here. It's nice meeting you and I find it very interesting that you're an American whose lived overseas for 35-years. Also, I wanted to point out that your GFC isn't working. I suspect you may need to add Google+ for folks to follow your blog. I love the photo of the ginormous Ferris Wheel. In the foothills community (Pigeon Forge, Tennessee) of the Smoky Mountains National Park there is a beautiful shopping plaza called The Island and they have a huge one like this that they call "The Wheel". I've not ridden it, either, and I probably won't. I don't like heights too much. lol But, I love to photograph it at night which I did last month.
