Chillin' in the underground passage
Belgrade has a few underground corridors that run under major streets. There are shops and stands in them, but most of these passageways look downright tacky.
I was wondering if he was selling something and decided to take a nap. Years ago I went to Underground Atlanta. I did not like it. Spooky and kind tacky, like you said. Then I read it was closed. Now I've heard it's been rehabbed and is in better shape. But it's still Atlanta, you know...

Someone had a long day and there doesn't seem to be much going on.
Looks more like hiding.
