Still waiting for a strong wind, or even better yet, much, much stricter anti-pollution laws. Major fog and fumes have been poisoning our air....

Sounds and looks very bad.
It is troubling.
It saddens me to hear about your poor air quality. Yes, stricter air pollution laws are in order!
