I've posted a Yugo before, eight years ago, right here, and here's another. They're still seen (moving) on the streets, too.

ICE CREAM
Of course to capture this photo I was also in the ice cream shop, eating my chocolate/peanut ice cream from a cup.

I've never seen them here.
They are all over, but that is the first I have seen with custom wheels.
