In an attempt to make visiting our fair city easier for tourists, signs like these have been appearing all over town. Most of the time they're pretty accurate, but I'm wondering if the sign people weren't playing a practical joke here...
Note too what's written in English in the red part of the lower sign!

Ah, we all have lots of gray skies, but at least your signs are very colorful and look great against those grumpy skies! I don't know about you, but these days I'll take any color I can get! Have a great weekend!

Interesting seeing your street signs.
Sydney - City and Suburbs
interesting signage ... i will remember to bring my glasses along so i can read the english ;0
have a wonderful weekend.
Love the quote you pointed out! :D
Very funny! And the "saying" about older cyclists is very true. I'm in low gear most of the time these days and that's going down our driveway!
Love the way you have distances on yours. Very different to the ones we have in South Africa! Interesting perspective! :)
Is 80 k too far?
Interesting signs - looks like too much infor for someone driving by to read but clearly they're meant for the "cyclists"! :)
Saretta, the sign pointing to downtown Belgrade is pointing in the wrong direction, since downtown is visible behind the sign.
I'd go that way~ either way I don't understand the signs. :) I love about that cyclists.
makes me want to go back to Europe... a bit cloudy, but still wonderous.
hee hee
«Louis» imagines that most people don't even notice that. Does the other sign have the same quote?
LOL! I feel like I've been in low gear for days and don't even own a bike.
Beautiful photo and I love the comment written on the bottom of the sign!
They are signs marking the Serbian part of the bike route that goes from the Atlantic to the Black Sea
but, classic serbia, they got the money, didn't build the paths, put up the signs and said "done"
