Is it a chosen lifestyle? I know that's not always the case. But then where I live I don't see it.

Lifestyle choice? Perhaps not. If the largesse of Western conquest has yielded Serbia a 48% youth unemployment rate, what must it be for one who appears to be not a decade younger than my own 3 score and 10?
