OCTOBER THEME DAY--GLASS

Theme for October is Glass, and there's a lot of that on this building, plus a couple of reflections thrown in for good measure.

PUNK BOULDERS

 These two 'boulders' are actually pieces of a long-demolished structure. I imagine the 'hair' was used to insert or stablize them. They are connected like conjoined twins by a three-meter section of concrete.

LIGHT THE NIGHT

There are several modern buildings near me that I like, especially at night. This building, apparently housing offices of the Ball Coporation, is one of them. 

THE BOYS IN THE BUS

 I just love it when this happens. Coming back from town last night in the bus, these two boys spotted my camera and asked for a photo. I just had to oblige, of course, and will send them a copy.

FORM-FITTING

 Ah, to think that once-upon-a-time I could wear a dress like this. Actually, I still can, but I wouldn't look like this girl, haha.

 A glimpse down a passageway just off Belgrade's main pedestrian street. They've got AC.

KILLING TIME

 An elderly couple passes the time in the park. I guess I was, too, but sneaking shots.

AT THE PUB

Serbia does have its local beers, but of course foreign ones always seem better, and I guess sometimes are, depending on your taste. There is one hidden Serbian brand sign just below the Stella Artois and above the Budweiser, WEIFERT BEER, once produced in Pancevo, about 15 kilometers from Belgrade, is now produced in Zajecar, about 243 kiolmeters away.
 

WAITING AT THE BUS STOP

Took the bus home the other day after my dentist appointment...all went well, thank you.

I need to check just how many bus stop shots I've taken over the years.
