LEMON 'PICKLE'

Fall is definitely here and it's time for making preserves. I love 'pickle,' otherwise known in the West as chutney. Chutney in India is something quite different. This is a photo of the ingredients for my favorite 'pickle,' lemon pickle.  I have prepated about 10 jars (not all fruit is shown here for the photo!)

DRAMATIC

Sometimes skies just take your breath away. This one just before sunset over New Belgrade did just that.
