LEMON 'PICKLE'

Fall is definitely here and it's time for making preserves. I love 'pickle,' otherwise known in the West as chutney. Chutney in India is something quite different. This is a photo of the ingredients for my favorite 'pickle,' lemon pickle.  I have prepated about 10 jars (not all fruit is shown here for the photo!)
