Impressions of Belgrade and Serbia and maybe photos from an in-country trip by a long-term ex-pat.

My photo in a museum...sort of.
Snow has recently fallen quite heavily on Belgrade, making driving (at least for me) quite difficult. This weekend is part of a three-day one, Monday being a holiday (40 days after Serbian Orthodox Christmas.) Except for some long dog walks, I plan mainly to just squirrel up and look at the snow outside, sort of like the folks in this photo are doing. They're gazing at the same scene I have from my kitchen window. If you'd like to create your own museum photos and some other fun ones, see here .

CROSS-CULTURE BREAKFAST
Have been in India one week. I brought my hostess some ajvar, which she found goes very well on a chapati.

Thanks for sharing the link to that site! Your window view really is museum-worthy.
enjoy your quiet time. ha ha must have a look at this site.
Bibi, Awhile back I did a whole unit on this using family photos and some friends actually believed that we made it big on Vogue, Sports Illustrated, and the museum site! It was lots of fun. Actually, I believe that many of the photos on CDP are museum worthy!
Haha, Bibi when I saw this I thought, "I can see having our photos in a gallery, but a museum?" It does look very convincing!
Brilliant. I could have so much fun with this—might have to copy you too. (And I certainly agree that your images are museum-worthy.)
It appears those folks are enjoying your pictures as much as we do!
I saw someone else use that before - it's so much fun. Really makes a winter scene come alive.
Nice view from your windows!!!
