Sunday Bridges: the new bridge

A new bridge that will pass over the Sava River to connect New Belgrade with one of its communities, Banovo Brdo, is currently well under way. It is to be a state-of-the-art bridge, and you can read all about it right here.

See more bridges at Louis La Vache's Sunday Bridges.

Very good, Bibi - but why are you posting a REAL bridge this Sunday? We've grown accustomed to your non-bridge briges. Keeping us off guard, huh?

I think that Louis la Vache is quite funny. I love your "real" bridges and your allegorical ones as well!

I haven't seen it up close, only a glimpse when we cross Gazela. It was about time we get a new one!

As a construction site, that looks pretty neat. Wouldn't want to show you the mess we're living with while they're building a skyway (highway over the highway).

This is not Sava bridge but maybe one of the access roads leading to it.

Yes, thanks, Anonymous. I didn't say it was the bridge itself, but that one was being built. This photo does show an access highway, which is a bridge over the ground! :)
