ABC Wednesday "W" is for "winter wedding"

It's not only in June that couples get married, of course. This couple chose a rather wintry day for their wedding photos (not sure if they got married that day; sometimes photographers 'shoot' earlier), and they posed their little dog in each shot. I caught this spontaneous kiss as they moved on to another location.

P.S. As I posted this, I realized that the dog is a WEST HIGHLAND terrier, so that's another W.

See other W's on ABC WEDNESDAY.

why do I love the dog but not the couple? You could remove the kissers and still have a great shot

Great shot. Adorable dog. Once again you've caught the essence of candid.

Great capture of "Ws" Do you wonder if they are models and not really in love, getting married?

The kiss is classic, her dress is gorgeous, the dog is adorable—and the other couple are stealing the show for me, just by being there. Great capture!

Anyone that brings a dog to their wedding will be in for a marrage that is full of surprises. The first surprise is ending up on the Yankee's blog.

Nice ... I love spontaneous slices like this. And don't forget the "W" for both water and wish ... with might qualify, too.

Beautiful dress! What a photo! And all those extra Ws!! 'Wedding', 'Water', 'Winter', 'White', 'Wishes', 'Whistful' and 'Westhighland Terrier'!

Strange place for a wedding though.

I hope they are happy. They don't look very happy.
