Every year in later spring, the linden trees bloom in all their glory and intoxicating scent. I just can't get enough of bith their magnificence and fragrance.

A WALK IN THE WOODS
Forest not far from Belgrade. Went birding there with a friend; no birds to speak of, but the woods were still lovely.

Beautiful tree. I have often seen the linden trees of Europe mentioned in my reading. This looks much like the USA catalpa.
