A cool slice of watermelon is indeed refreshing, but I'm not sure that it would be refreshing to sit on this bench (indentation for sitting on side facing the river), at least in the heat. This bench is one of many that appeared along the Danube on both the Old and New Belgrade sides. Some are shaped like feet, some like hands, and some cute pink ones like little ears.

I like this! Clever way to dress up the riverside benches.
Looks delicious!
What a hoot! This has got to bring a smile to the face of anyone who sees it!
I do not want to sit on a big foot, or an ear for that matter, but I would love to take a rest on this lovely slice of watermelon. :)
Definitely makes one wonder how did that get here. Very nice view of the city too.
Tash, while I was taking the photo, a truck came along to deposit two "ears." They were really heavy, I guess solid cement, and had to be lowered with a small crane on the truck. I can only guess how heavy the watermelon is!
Hi Bibi,
Wow, these definitely brighten up the riverside paths, which can be a bit drab at times.
Funny idea for a brench, I like it!
I would happily sit on this slice of creativity!
